Federation of associations of Orihuela Costa (FAOC)
The Federation of Associations Orihuela Costa (FAOC) is an association of neighbourhood associations of Orihuela Costa that was formed with 3 neighbourhood associations on the 31st of October 2014. Since then it has not stopped growing in numbers and potential, being currently formed by different associations from all over the territory of Orihuela Costa:
- Neighbourhood Association Playa Glea (AVPG)
- Neighbourhood Association Altos del Pinar (AVAP)
- Neighbourhood Association Villamartín (AVV)
- Neighbourhood Association Cabo Roig y Lomas (AVCRL)
- Neighbourhood Association La Florida (AVLF)
- Neighbourhood Association Calas de Campoamor (AVCC)
- Neighbourhood Association of Neighbours and Associations Dehesa de Campoamor (AVADC)
- Neighbourhood Association of Punta Prima (AVPP).

Objetives of FAOC
The purposes of FAOC, according to its Statutes, are the following:
- Integrate, channel and execute the agreements made in the Associations and other components that make up the Federation, as long as they are consistent with its goals and purposes.
- Collaborate with the Orihuela Town Hall in managing municipal services and budgets, requesting the allocation of the necessary resources in Orihuela Costa for the proper maintenance and conservation of its public roads, parks, beaches, gardens, etc.
- Collaborate with the competent bodies in each case, for urban planning and development.
- Ensuring the conservation of the natural space in which we live, the conservation of streets, green areas, public services and usable spaces throughout the neighbourhood that guarantee a decent quality of life.
- Promote the defence of neighbours by all legal means, with the corresponding economic study in each case.
- Any other activities that result in a greater participation of associates in the life of the community, using the means and resources established by law.
