Orihuela has two town halls, one in Orihuela City and one in Orihuela Costa to allow citizens doing some formalities withouth travelling the 40 kilometers of distance Between Orihuela Costa and Orihuela City.
The one of Orihuela Costa is located in Playa Flamenca Urbanization close to a Mercadona supermarket. The address is Plaza del Oriol, 1 and the phone number is +34966760000. It opens from monday to friday from 08:30 to 14:00.
The Orihuela Costa Town Hall offers nowadays a bunch of services. Please find below some of them:
- Padrón, the municipal register.
- Chamber of commerce.
- Tourist information point.
- Local police.
- Guardia civil.
- Foreign residents.
- Aquagest, the water company.
- Servef, the employment service.
- Technical office.

Padron Orihuela Costa
This procedure is mandatory for every person living in Spain. This is basically a record where all the residents of a municipality are registered.
In order to register in padron in Orihuela Costa you need to get an appointment by accesing this website.
There is documentation you need to take with you to prove that’s your true place of residence therefore we strongly recommend you to access this web before going to the Playa flamenca Town Hall.
Digital certificate
Also in our town hall you can be provided with a digital certificate that will allow you to identify yourself for online procedures.
To get it you also need to get an appointment and make sure you take your NIE and passport with you to the town hall.

Sometimes happens that you get that error. If you try a few hours later agenda is open again and you can get your appoinment.
I got one by myself for september 18th yesterday.

There are a few cats here that have been left to live on their own.
I am really worried about their health, they are so skinny and nobody cares for them.
The hotel staff on shoal apartments don’t give a shit about them and they are just waiting for them to die from hunger and thirst.

This situation is way out of bounds. Animals have more of a right to this planet then humans.
Something has to be done for these poor animals.

If you can not return your own kids or leave them somewhere just because they are in your way… why is it okay for people to abandone their pets/animals that are in many ways part of society and family’s.
If I as a tourist can do something for these poor animals from across the Atlantic Ocean then I will do everything in my power to help the horrific situation that has become here in orihuela/la zenia!
Please from the bottom of my heart, take your heads out of your asses and take action. Preferably yesterday comparing the physical and mental state of these cats that were left like trash on the side of the road by their ‘family’
Why not a fundraiser collaborating with icelandic people who would do anything for suffering animals.
