Orihuela has two town halls, one in Orihuela City and one in Orihuela Costa to allow citizens doing some formalities withouth travelling the 40 kilometers of distance Between Orihuela Costa and Orihuela City.

The one of Orihuela Costa is located in Playa Flamenca Urbanization close to a Mercadona supermarket. The address is Plaza del Oriol, 1 and the phone number is +34966760000. It opens from monday to friday from 08:30 to 14:00.

The Orihuela Costa Town Hall offers nowadays a bunch of services. Please find below some of them:

This procedure is mandatory for every person living in Spain. This is basically a record where all the residents of a municipality are registered.

In order to register in padron in Orihuela Costa you need to get an appointment by accesing this website.

Digital certificate

Also in our town hall you can be provided with a digital certificate that will allow you to identify yourself for online procedures.

Hi, I am trying to make a Padron appointment online for Orihuela Costa, I have followed the instructions given ti me by the town hall and I keep receiving a message, ‘Warning: Request date is later than acceptance limit dates’ – I have selected various dates going up to December Can you help please? I have been to the town hall and you’re only allowed in by appointment only and I cant’ make an appointment. Any help would be gratefully received. Krgds

  2. Sometimes happens that you get that error. If you try a few hours later agenda is open again and you can get your appoinment.
    I got one by myself for september 18th yesterday.

  7. I am one of the house owners who live in Peublo Caballero 1, Calle Jalon and I represent about 25 other owners who are concerned about the excessive noise, long working hours, dust and litter from the Flamenca Village Development.
    I would like to talk to someone from TM Construction or a council planning official about this.
